About QCHR

Quad-County Human Resources (QCHR) was established in 2008 with the goal of supporting local small business owners with their personnel needs. QCHR headquarters moved to north Orange County in 2010 and QCHR, Inc. was incorporated in 2013.

When she opened QCHR, Founder/CEO Tami Wiersma was already a seasoned human resources professional whose resume included technical recruiting, office and financial operations management, staff oversight, establishment of an employee hotline,and serving as department manager and primary liaison responsible for 150 clients with 650 locations and 20,000 employees.

Bringing her hands-on experience and formal education to QCHR, she created a boutique firm dedicated to providing the kind of consulting and compliance expertise you expect from a big company but with the personal touch and service you can only get with a concierge-style business like QCHR.

Because QCHR is a small firm, we have the flexibility to react quickly to the ever-changing demands of our clients and we’ve become long-term business partners with many of them, Our specialty is establishing an HR department from the ground up or redesigning the HR function to be in compliance with state and federal regulations, but we do so much more than that!

We have successfully guided clients through organizational changes. We’ve reduced client liability by realizing legal compliance in areas that were previously overlooked. When skilled manpower is not available to staff the human resource function effectively, we will manage your special projects. We can work onsite alongside your management team to ensure HR administration is being handled promptly and correctly.
